About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Revenue Analysis and Strategy: Interpret business analytics to identify opportunities for revenue growth and develop tactical strategies to achieve budgeted goals.
  2. Demand Management: Identify and leverage demand opportunities to maximize revenue.
  3. Rate and Inventory Management: Manage rates and inventory in all distribution channels to optimize revenue.
  4. Pricing Analysis and Recommendations: Conduct pricing analysis and provide recommendations to optimize revenue.
  5. OTA Market Manager Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with online travel agency (OTA) market managers to optimize revenue.
  6. Local Merchandising Strategies: Develop and implement local merchandising strategies in distribution channels to drive revenue.
  7. Revenue Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and present revenue budgets and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  8. Revenue Strategy Meetings: Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings to inform and enable optimization across all revenue-generating departments.
Requirements
  1. Hotel Opening Experience: Proven experience in hotel openings and revenue management.
  2. Revenue Management Skills: Strong revenue and budget management skills, with exceptional communication skills to build trust and confidence with the team and stakeholders.
  3. Luxury Market Expertise: Understanding of the luxury market, customer, and travel preferences.
  4. Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically and evaluate best possible solutions and resources to implement priorities and manage multiple initiatives.
  5. Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail and creative flair to bring personal touch and energy to the hotel.
  6. Pre-Opening Experience: Previous pre-opening experience is essential.
Eligibility

Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
