About the Location

Madinah, Saudi Arabia is a city steeped in history and culture, with the Prophet's Mosque being one of the most significant sites in the region. Our hotel will be located at the heart of the city, offering luxury accommodation for the city's 1.5 million annual visitors.

The Role of Director of Revenue

We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for interpreting business analytics into tactical strategy, guiding and directing the hotel's Revenue Strategy team towards budgeted goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Interpret business analytics to improve revenue performance and reduce channel costs.
  2. Identify opportunities to leverage demand and optimize revenue streams.
  3. Manage rates and inventory in all distribution channels.
  4. Initiate pricing analysis and recommendations to drive revenue growth.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with OTA Market Managers.
  6. Design and implement local merchandising strategies in distribution channels.
  7. Prepare and present revenue budgets and forecasts.
  8. Lead a weekly Revenue Strategy meeting to inform and enable optimization across all revenue-generating departments.
Requirements
  1. Hotel opening experience and a proven track record in revenue management.
  2. Strong revenue and budget management skills, with exceptional communication skills to build trust and confidence with your team and stakeholders.
  3. A strategist who understands the luxury market, customer, and travel preferences.
  4. The ability to think critically and evaluate best possible solutions to implement priorities and manage multiple initiatives.
  5. An exceptional eye for detail and a creative flair to bring your personal touch and energy to our hotel.
  6. Previous pre-opening experience is essential.
Eligibility

Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
