Main Responsibilities:

  • Content Management Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a robust content strategy leveraging CMS tools to streamline content creation, management, and distribution.
    • Conduct audits of existing content to identify opportunities for optimization and reorganization within the CMS framework.
  • CMS Implementation and Oversight:
    • Lead the configuration and customization of CMS tools to meet the organization's content strategy needs.
    • Manage the content lifecycle within AEM, including authoring, reviewing, publishing, and archiving.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with IT, marketing, and UX teams to ensure smooth integration and functionality of the CMS platform.
    • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to empower team members to effectively utilize CMS tools.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in implementing large-scale CMS projects and working in a collaborative, agile environment.
  • Familiarity with front-end development and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective communication with development teams.
  • Strong technical proficiency in CMS tools, including content structuring and workflow management.
