Are you a skilled project manager looking for a new challenge? IFAS is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of security camera installations and upgrades for clients.

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level full-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the security camera systems industry, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security camera systems, CCTV installation, and networking technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring all projects meet timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards. You will lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for security camera installations and systems upgrades, developing project plans, including timelines, resources, and estimates.

You will also supervise and manage teams of engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders involved in the project, assign tasks, and ensure team members are meeting project deadlines. Additionally, you will liaise with vendors to source necessary equipment, maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and provide regular updates to clients on the progress of the project.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Develop project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget estimates.
    • Liaise with clients to understand their security needs and design the appropriate surveillance system.
  2. Team Management:
    • Supervise and manage teams of engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
    • Assign tasks and ensure team members are meeting project deadlines.
  3. Vendor and Stakeholder Communication:
    • Liaise with vendors to source necessary equipment.
    • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  4. Risk and Issue Management:
    • Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies.
    • Resolve any project issues promptly, keeping the project on track.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    • Oversee the testing, installation, and commissioning of security camera systems.
    • Conduct site inspections and system checks to ensure proper installation and functionality.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort in managing client relationships and communicating project progress. They will also have leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and motivate individuals to achieve project goals.
