Job Summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is a leading real estate investment and development company focused on creating extraordinary entertainment and leisure destinations. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Logistics Manager - Supply Chain Operations. As the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the supply chain operations within our organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of materials for our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient supply chain management, including procurement, transportation, and distribution.
  • Manage the end-to-end logistics operations for material procurement, transportation, and distribution, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics service providers to ensure smooth coordination and execution of supply chain tasks.
  • Optimize inventory levels and monitor stock availability to meet project requirements, ensuring just-in-time delivery and minimizing stockouts.
  • Implement and maintain logistics systems and processes to track and manage material flow, ensuring real-time visibility and control.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in supply chain operations, maintaining a high level of quality and integrity.
  • Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and growth.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on logistics activities and performance, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes, supply chain management, and inventory control, with expertise in managing complex supply chains.
  • Experience in managing supply chain operations within a real estate or construction industry, with a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and requirements.
  • Proficient in logistics management systems and tools, with experience in implementing and maintaining logistics systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team of logistics professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to analyze complex logistics problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in logistics and supply chain management, with a commitment to maintaining a high level of quality and integrity.
  • Proven track record in managing and developing a team, with a focus on employee growth and development.
