As a Front Desk Manager at Ultimate Peaks, you will play a vital role in promoting a positive image of our organization and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Responsibilities- Patient Reception:
Our ideal candidate will greet patients and visitors in a professional manner, verify patient information, and complete check-in procedures efficiently. - Appointment Management:
The successful candidate will schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage the appointment calendar, and notify patients of any changes to their scheduled appointments. - Patient Communication:
A strong communicator is required to handle incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide information about services, policies, and procedures. - Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records is essential. The candidate will process patient registration forms, update information as needed, and ensure confidentiality and security of patient information. - Financial Transactions:
We require someone who can collect payments for services rendered, issue receipts, assist patients with billing inquiries and insurance claims, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions. - Administrative Tasks:
This role involves assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, e-mails, and communications, and supporting the Admin Manager and other staff with special projects and tasks. - Compliance and Quality:
The successful candidate must adhere to healthcare and organizational regulations, standards, and protocols, especially regarding patient confidentiality and data protection. - Continuous Learning:
Ongoing training and professional development are crucial to stay updated on administrative best practices and clinic procedures.
- A relevant educational degree; additional qualifications in healthcare administration or customer service are beneficial.
- Minimal 1 to 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and patient management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
