Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Alliance International Consulting Firm. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing the front office team, handling guest requests, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Confirm and follow up on reservations
  2. Check in and check out guests
  3. Verifying and collecting payments
  4. Room allocation
  5. Train front office employees
  6. Night financial audit
  7. Handling guest requests and complaints
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience in front office
  • 2 years in a similar position at a 4 or 5 star hotel
  • Hotel School degree or similar bachelor degree
  • Effective communication skills
  • Confident writing emails and working with numbers
  • Good operational computer skills
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry
