We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at NTS Group. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all supplier and vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a database of suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain a database of suppliers and vendors
  2. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers
  3. Initiate and manage Requests for Quotations (RFQs)
  4. Monitor and maintain spent reports
  5. Finalize and manage supplier contracts

Candidate Requirements

  1. Graduate degree in a relevant field (Engineering preferred)
  2. MBA or equivalent preferred
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience in a sourcing, purchasing, or procurement position (preferably within a Multi-National Company)
  4. Must have a transferable Iqama
