Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and communicate product benefits effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, forecasting revenue and tracking team progress.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in sales, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in e-learning, EdTech, or SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in consultative selling and key account management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
