About the Role
Crayon Group seeks a seasoned professional to lead our Saudi Sales Organization. As our Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving growth and transformation in the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead account teams and orchestrate customer engagement across commercial and public sales organizations.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Saudi technology market needs, strategies, and priorities.
- Define strategies and objectives for account and territory planning, clearly articulating standards and priorities.
- Drive business portfolio management to contribute to overall business growth.
- Set direction for development and implementation of strategies for maximizing new business opportunities and driving account growth.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience within Technology Sales and familiarity with Cloud Services.
- 10+ years of experience in leading and managing sales teams.
- Proven experience in transforming organizations and building high-performance teams.
Your Competencies:
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with high-level government clients.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
