We are looking for a highly skilled Client Relationship Director to lead our sales efforts at White & Clayton Recruitment
Client Relationship DirectorThe Client Relationship Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of client-centric sales strategies.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships through excellent communication and relationship management.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through effective networking and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform future strategy.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- A proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (desired).
