Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the annual HR plan, implementing HR initiatives, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives to drive business growth and employee engagement.
  2. Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with the recruitment specialist to develop and implement new employee orientation programs.
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of talent management and succession planning strategies.
  5. Coordinate the performance management system and conduct exit interviews to ensure a smooth transition of employees.
  6. Prepare HR reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  1. Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills.
  2. Experience in HR Management and creating HR policies and employee benefits.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  6. Experience in the transportation or tourism industry is a plus.
