The Islamic Development Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Capital Management Associate to join its team. As a key member of the Human Capital Management Division, you will play a critical role in providing strategic guidance and support to the Corporation's human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Human Capital Management plans in line with the Corporation's objectives.
  • Manage the implementation of Human Capital Management mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes to achieve high performance standards.
  • Direct and manage the mandate of the Human Capital Management Division, providing leadership and facilitating work processes to achieve high performance standards.
  • Lead and monitor changes in the Human Capital Management Division, providing guidance and support for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with the Corporation's policies, procedures, and quality standards in Human Capital Management.
  • Develop the overall strategy for the Human Capital Management Division and align it with the Corporation's business strategy and overall mandate.
  • Lead the development of budgets for the Human Capital Management Division in coordination with key stakeholders.
  • Propose organization development and effectiveness standards to ensure that Human Capital Management policies support business needs.
  • Lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives for the Corporation.
  • Propose and implement an Individual Performance and Development Review (iPDR) system.
  • Lead in the establishment of a robust Training and Development framework.
  • Propose an adaptive reward system.
  • Lead the development of leadership and succession planning initiatives.
  • Lead enhancements in the Corporation's Human Capital Management systems and processes.
  • Lead in the setup or coordination of a mechanism for the settlement of grievances and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
  • 8 years of experience in HRM for Master's Degree Holder
  • 6 years of experience in HRM for Doctorate Degree Holder
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial/supervisory experience
  • Professional experience preferably in Multilateral Organization or Financial Institutions
  • Human Resources/Business Management/Administration or related qualification Degree Holder
  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Doctorate
Language and Other Information:

Business Language: English

Certifications: Professional certifications in Human Resources from internationally recognized bodies such as CIPD and SHRM preferred.
