Strategic Human Capital Manager

Job Summary:
The Islamic Development Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Manager, Human Capital Management to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Human Capital Management Division to provide an integrated and comprehensive internal service solution to ICIEC employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Human Capital Management: Develop and implement Human Capital Management plans in line with the corporate objectives, manage the implementation of Human Capital Management mandates, and direct and manage the mandate of the Human Capital Management Division.
- Workforce Planning and Recruitment: Prepare and implement workforce planning in close coordination with the ICIEC Management, implement recruitment processes to ensure effective identification, selection, recruitment, induction & on-boarding, and retention of best-in-class talent, and conduct SWOT analysis on the recruitment process.
- Talent Management: Design a comprehensive Competency Framework for ICIEC and integrate it with all people processes for effective implementation, design and guide the implementation of systems and processes for effective career planning and management of all employees.
- Individual Performance and Development Review (iPDR): Develop a system to plan, monitor and manage the performance of employees and their contribution to the achievement of the strategic objectives, develop and implement systems and processes for supporting employee learning and development, and engage all employees to ensure timely implementation of iPDR processes.
- Employee Relations and Communication: Define guidelines for management of all employee relations activities, promote ICIEC-wide employee relations through internal communication and programs, and ensure the provision and use of facilities for grievance management and resolution.
- Reporting and Communications: Establish a framework for Human Capital Management dashboard, ensure timeliness and accuracy in all reports generated, and monitor and ensure timely submission of reports to the Department of Finance and Treasury.
- People Management Responsibilities: Define goals and key performance indicators for each member of the HCM team, ensure a high level of employee engagement and capability development, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
Requirements:
- 8 Years of Experience in HRM for Master's Degree Holder
- 6 Years of Experience in HRM for Doctorate Degree Holder
- Minimum 3 years of managerial/supervisory experience
- Professional Experience preferably in Multilateral Organization or Financial Institutions
- Human Resources/Business Management/Administration or related qualification Degree Holder
Language and Other Information:
Business Language: English
Certifications: Professional certifications in Human Resources from internationally recognized bodies such as CIPD and SHRM preferred.
