About the Job:
The National Initiative is hiring a B2B Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Accountabilities
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of the company's services and how they address customer needs.
- Generate new leads and expand existing relationships between the company and its customers.
- Develop customized selling strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Cultivate leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, referrals, networking, and field visits.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and close deals.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and pipeline health.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successful deal closure.
- Able to analyze business opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
