Key Responsibilities
  1. Mentor your team through active coaching, clear direction, and regular feedback. Develop goals for human resources efforts, report on progress to the organization, communicate impact, and identify areas of opportunity.
  2. Drive workforce planning by anticipating talent needs and recommending improvements to the full recruitment life-cycle. Provide a work environment and culture that promotes customer service, staff development, and achievement.
  3. Serve as a consultative thought partner to leadership, aligning business needs with objectives. Manage departmental projects/initiatives and provide feedback and updates to management.
  4. Stay connected to the competitive landscape, developing process improvements, strategies, and programs that can be incorporated across the human resources team.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience mentoring colleagues on human resources best practices.
  • Demonstrated track record of building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels.
  • Solid capacity to practice behavioral competency assessments to determine best placement of talent within the organization.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, creativity, flexibility, maturity, and sound judgment.
  • Team player who takes initiative, is self-directed and highly motivated, and has a passion for results.
  • Knowledge of local wage and hour laws and benefits.
  • Professional command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing, or communications.
