  • Develop and Execute HR Strategies: Develop and execute human resources strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives.
  • Procurement and Vendor Management: Define a comprehensive procurement strategy with clear milestones, deadlines, and budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely acquisition of goods and services. Oversee all aspects of vendor management, including registration, evaluation, relationship building, and fostering long-term partnerships with key suppliers.
  • Financial Control and Compliance: Oversee financial control activities related to procurement, including spend management reporting and budget adherence. Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise the storage, reception, and efficient flow of procured goods. Monitor and report on procurement metrics, such as cost savings, supplier performance, and process improvements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., finance, budgeting, legal) to align procurement activities with the Foundation's overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or an equivalent. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in human resources, ideally in HR BP-related positions.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong business acumen and understanding of HR functions. Proven experience in HR business partnering and consulting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Leadership and team management skills. Strong knowledge of KSA labor laws and regulations. Good understanding of talent acquisition practices. Change management and organizational development expertise. Fluent in English and Arabic.
