Job Summary:

This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth in the HVAC&R systems or fire security sector. The successful candidate will have excellent sales, marketing, and customer service skills, as well as a proven track record in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets in the HVAC&R systems or fire security sector.
  2. Provide top-notch customer service skills.
  3. Experience in conducting training sessions.
  4. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
  5. Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized solutions to clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and new products to effectively promote and sell our solutions.
  7. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  8. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our company and solutions.

Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of HVAC&R systems or fire security products and solutions is a MUST.
  2. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  3. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC&R systems or fire security industry.
  4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
