About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, monitor market trends and customer needs to optimize sales approaches.
    • Supervise and guide the sales team to enhance productivity and performance, conduct training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
    • Set performance goals and provide continuous coaching and feedback to ensure sales team members meet their targets.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
    • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth client interactions and service delivery, track and analyze sales data to measure team performance.
    • Generate reports on sales achievements and areas for improvement, provide insights and recommendations to improve sales efficiency.
  • Team Development:
    • Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to support sales initiatives, assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, 2+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
