Executive Accountant

Expertise Recruitment is looking for an experienced Executive Accountant - Finance to lead our financial team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, with experience in managing financial records and ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing tax filings in compliance with local laws and ensuring timely submission. They will also be responsible for checking and approving daily transactions, ensuring all supporting documents are properly enclosed and in accordance with policy, procedures, and internal controls.
Familiarity with internal controls, policies, and procedures is essential. The ability to prepare and present financial reports to senior management is also crucial. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to guide and support financial teams, are necessary for this role.
In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (Finance Manager, Financial Controller...)
- Hands-on experience with taxation and compliance in the Saudi market
- Must be currently residing in KSA
- Must be fluent in both Arabic and English
