Job Summary

The Head of CPay Expansion will drive the growth and enhancement of Classera's CPay platform through strategic partnerships, business development, and market expansion strategies, focusing on digital payment solutions in education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage partnerships with financial institutions, payment gateways, educational bodies, and tech providers to enhance CPay.
  • Team Development: Improve team processes, procedures, and quotas to ensure optimal performance.
  • Market Expansion: Identify vertical and horizontal expansion opportunities in emerging markets, focusing on digital payment solutions in education.
  • Product Integration: Collaborate with product development to innovate and integrate payment solutions, ensuring a seamless, secure payment experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Align partnership strategies with sales, marketing, and business development teams to drive growth and revenue.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor partnership performance and report to senior management with insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in partnership management, business development, or similar roles, with a focus on digital payments in educational technology.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive business growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital payments, including regulations, market trends, and technology.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
