Key Responsibilities

  1. Partnership Management and Scaling
  • Develop and execute strategies to establish and expand partnerships with government entities and enterprise clients.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of partnership solutions.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with company goals.
Investor Relations and Fundraising
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors to secure funding for SME lending.
  • Develop and implement investor engagement strategies to attract and retain institutional investors.
  • Present the company's value proposition, financial performance, and growth potential to potential investors.
  • Coordinate with the finance and operations teams to ensure effective deployment of funds and compliance with investor requirements.
Strategic Planning and Execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with a focus on partnerships and investor relations within the fintech, financial services, or lending industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling partnerships with government entities and enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in fundraising and managing relationships with institutional investors.
