Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Management and Scaling
- Develop and execute strategies to establish and expand partnerships with government entities and enterprise clients.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of partnership solutions.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors to secure funding for SME lending.
- Develop and implement investor engagement strategies to attract and retain institutional investors.
- Present the company's value proposition, financial performance, and growth potential to potential investors.
- Coordinate with the finance and operations teams to ensure effective deployment of funds and compliance with investor requirements.
- Contribute to the development of the company's overall business strategy and growth plans.
- Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for innovation in the fintech and lending sectors.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of business development initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team, providing guidance and support to achieve them.
- Promote a customer-centric approach, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for partners and investors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with a focus on partnerships and investor relations within the fintech, financial services, or lending industries.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling partnerships with government entities and enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated experience in fundraising and managing relationships with institutional investors.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Deep understanding of the fintech and lending landscapes, including regulatory and compliance considerations.
