Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project controls within the construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project, Primavera, and Asana.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and risk management, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a real-world setting.
  • Certification in project management is a plus, but not required.
