The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech and venture building, with experience in early-stage startups, strategy consulting, or VC funds. They will be responsible for managing client engagements, overseeing venture building processes, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as primary lead on client engagements, managing multiple ventures simultaneously.
  • Guide Venture Architects through the venture building process, from ideation to scale-up.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to identify and pursue business opportunities, expanding Stryber's footprint in the GCC region.
