Strategic Partnership Development Lead

NOK Facilities is a trusted leader in consulting services, committed to delivering exceptional results to its clients. As a Strategic Partnership Development Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships in the Saudi market.
Job Summary: In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and lead initiatives that align with NOK Facilities' vision for growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key players in the Saudi market.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and industry leaders to drive business growth.
- Proposal Development: Develop tailored proposals and presentations to secure high-value deals and partnerships.
- Revenue Growth Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive long-term business growth.
- Networking: Represent NOK Facilities at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand visibility and establish the company as a thought leader in the market.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in consulting, recruitment, or a related industry.
- Technical Skills: Proven ability to create and execute growth strategies.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
