Linnk Arabia is seeking a highly experienced SAP Transformation Specialist to lead its ongoing SAP program.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale SAP implementations, with a proven track record of driving thought leadership and stakeholder collaboration to achieve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Transformation Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation vision to align stakeholders with the SAP program objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the SAP program manager, system integrators, and client leadership to ensure effective change management activities.
  • Arabic Communication: Communicate program updates and benefits to Arabic-speaking employees and senior leaders, adapting messages to cultural and linguistic needs.
  • Change Agent Network: Identify and empower change agents within the organization to support adoption of SAP finance, HR, and procurement modules.
  • Resistance Management: Anticipate and resolve resistance to change across all levels, leveraging strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct learning needs analysis and oversee training programs to ensure effective end-user adoption of SAP modules (FI/CO, HCM, MM).
  • Transition Support: Prepare business units for new processes in finance, HR, and procurement, ensuring a smooth shift to SAP-driven workflows.
  • User Adoption Tracking: Monitor and analyze user adoption rates, providing actionable recommendations to enhance engagement with the SAP system.
Requirements
  • Extensive Project Experience: 5-10 years of change management experience on GIGA or Mega projects, with a proven track record in large-scale SAP implementations.
  • Arabic Fluency: Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • SAP Module Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP finance (FI/CO), HR (HCM), and procurement (MM) modules.
  • Change Management Training: Formal training or certification in change management and familiarity with organizational change models/methodologies.
