Project Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our project management team at 2p Perfect Presentation. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of projects to ensure they are completed on time and meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Coordinate meetings, updates, and deliverables with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project progress to ensure alignment with deadlines and objectives.
- Provide timely status updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
- Help allocate resources effectively across project tasks.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to clarify project requirements.
- Prepare and distribute reports, meeting minutes, and other project documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
