Job Overview

Care Access seeks a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Provider Partnerships Manager. In this role, you will build and maintain a network of specialist consultants and physicians in key therapeutic areas. Your primary focus will be to recruit physicians who can support our clinical research studies through our Trial Access Partner program and refer patients to participate in studies. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to expand our local physician database, increase the number of practices working with us, and ensure high-quality customer service across the country/region.

Responsibilities
  1. Create a network of specialist consultants and physicians in key therapeutic areas who will support referring patients to studies.
  2. Identify opportunities resulting in the expansion of the local physician's database, increasing the number of practices working with us to achieve study targets.
  3. Increase the number of practices working with Care Access.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with physicians, including Principal Investigators (PIs), Sub-Investigators (Sub-Is), and doctors referring patients, creating expansion opportunities.
  5. Ensure high-quality customer service is provided to physicians and other healthcare professionals across the country/region.
  6. Identify and attend conferences, exhibitions, and marketing opportunities to promote Care Access and develop opportunities to expand our access to patients and achieve company study targets.
  7. Propose new options and make recommendations to support business growth, expanding into new practices across the region/country.
  8. Conduct meetings with key decision makers to gain agreement, driving study delivery. This may involve meetings with existing and potential sites, PI's, GPs, Practice Nurses, Practice Managers, Hospital Consultants, and other professionals.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations on activities, results, and plans.
  10. Implement new service models within the region/country to enhance clinical trial delivery.
  11. Comply with all regulatory and in-house standard corporate operational requirements.
  12. Stay up-to-date with local and national healthcare news, issues, and guidance.
  13. Awareness of competitor initiatives in previously uncharted recruitment methods.
  14. Ensure confidentiality in all aspects of the role and organization activity.
