Job Requirements:

To be successful as a Commercial Lead for KSA, you will need to have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and leadership skills. You should also have a good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the regulatory environment in KSA. Additionally, you will need to have experience in managing teams and developing business strategies.

Key Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree - Scientific/Pharmacist (MBA is preferable).
  2. 6+ years of experience in the commercial function within the pharmaceutical healthcare segment.
  3. Preferably Neuro/PAH/VOs experience.
  4. Fluency in Arabic and English language is required.
  5. Ideally with an entrepreneurial mindset, a self-starter and excellent problem-solver.
  6. Ability to plan and prioritize own work to meet quality standards and deadlines.
  7. Ability to work within highly matrixed environments and cross-functional teams.
  8. Ability to craft a strategic partnerships and engagement with external stakeholders.
  9. Must exhibit behaviors aligned to the J&J Global Leadership Profile including but not limited to integrity-credo based actions, collaboration and partnership, sense of urgency and results-driven.
  10. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
