GSS is hiring a Sales Manager in KSA to be part of transforming digital landscapes across the Middle East and North Africa.

We're looking for a talented Sales Manager with hands-on experience in the below sectors:

  • Banking
  • Oil and Gas
  • Commercial

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for the banking sector to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the industry.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to position GSS's offerings effectively.
  • Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve targets and enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, market conditions, and growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management within the banking, commercial or oil and gas sector in KSA.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the banking sector, including market dynamics and key players.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Experience in or knowledge of the Egyptian market is a must.
