About the Role:

The Electrical/Instrument III Planner will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant performance and minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate will have experience in planning/scheduling software, sound knowledge of statutory process compliance requirements, and managing projects.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement plans to meet project deadlines and quality standards
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor and report on project progress and identify potential risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Participating in plant walks and compiling scope of work
  • Drawing up detailed task lists and assisting with documentation preparation
  • Providing information and reports on request to line management
  • Attending and giving input in meetings related to one's role within Planning

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business administration)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in planning or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business administration)
  • 6+ years of experience in planning or a related field
  • Experience with planning software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana)
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
