We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual who can manage the registration process, gather insights, and drive exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of event registration software, CRM systems, and database management, as well as significant expertise in managing event registration, including leadership or matrix managerial experience.

The Event Registration Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing the daily operations of event registration
  • Organizing and coordinating operations to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Systematically organizing and maintaining registration data
  • Developing and implementing operational procedures to optimize efficiency
  • Supervising event staff and evaluating staff performance
  • Handling customer complaints when necessary
  • Monitoring and managing budgets, expenses, and financial performance

The successful candidate will have:

  • Exceptional skills in project management, leadership, communication, analysis, and problem-solving for successful teamwork
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven track record of managing and overseeing registration processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
