Job Description:

The role of the Sales Performance Manager is crucial in driving sales team success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales performance, providing guidance to sellers, and collaborating with the training team to implement customized courses that enhance skills and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Call Quality Analysis: Monitor and evaluate sales call quality to assess communication and persuasion skills.
  • Conversion Rate Analysis: Track and analyze the conversion rate from leads to potential clients.
  • Customer Visit Monitoring: Track and analyze the number of customer visits to the office each month.
  • Deal Conversion Optimization: Monitor conversion rates from visits to closed deals.
  • Performance Reporting & Feedback: Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Direct Coaching & Support: Offer real-time guidance and support to sales agents.
  • Training Development & Delivery: Organize and deliver targeted training programs to enhance seller capabilities.
