- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends to provide cutting-edge solutions and maintain competitive advantage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Must).
- Azure Security Engineer Associate.
- Azure Network Engineer Associate.
- Azure Stack Hub Operator Associate.
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical consulting, with a focus on Infra and Cloud Microsoft Technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, SQL, Azure network, Azure Storage, Azure Backup, and other related technologies.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior consultants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Experience with migration of Exchange customers to Office 365, and end-to-end support and troubleshooting experience of Exchange Online and Office 365 Hybrid solutions.
- High sense of responsibility and ownership, acting like an owner in what you do.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work on their own or in a team.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.
- Handling many tasks & responsibilities.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
