Enterprise Software Sales Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned IT Sales Manager to join our team at RapidData Technologies. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence in Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in software sales, account management, and business development within the IT industry. They will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Key Accountabilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand RapidData Technologies' software solutions in the Saudi market.
- Pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market research.
- Manage the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of proven experience in IT software sales and business development in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, enterprise software, cloud computing, SaaS, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
- Established connections with decision-makers and influencers in the IT industry.
- Ability to understand and present complex software solutions effectively.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
