Key Responsibilities:

  1. Regulatory Compliance:
    Manage government regulatory compliance and control systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and legislation requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to align guidelines and ensure timely compliance.
  2. Quality Assurance:
    Develop and implement quality processes and procedures to ensure consistency of policies and procedures. Manage customer complaints, quality risk issues, NCRs, and systems to ensure legislative compliance.
  3. Non-Conformity System:
    Handle the non-conformity system to document, track, and escalate critical quality issues that may cause risk to the business. Identify root causes and address the right CAPAs.
  4. Product Recall System Management:
    Develop and implement the recall process on a corporate level, aligned with stakeholders, to minimize the associated risks of the recall.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Food Science, Microbiology, Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or any other relevant field.
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Food Science, or any other relevant field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of local and international food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, AIB, BRC) and Saudi regulatory authorities' standard requirements.
  • Leadership, developing others, emphasizing on Excellence, Attention to Details, Thoroughness & Dealing with Complexity.
  • Ability to identify and set priorities, plan, and effectively allocate appropriate resources.
  • Excellent problem-solving, team building, planning, and decision-making skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Anticipates and overcomes obstacles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
  • Project management skills.
