  4. Proactively identify and address potential performance bottlenecks to enhance the workflow and efficiency of the virtual environment.

  6. Implement and maintain high availability and disaster recovery procedures to protect critical business information and ensure continuity.
  7. Collaborate with various IT teams to support seamless business operations and contribute to cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Nutanix.
  2. Experience with server hardware, networking, and storage systems.
  3. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues effectively.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration within the IT team and across departments.
  5. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  6. Minimum 3 years of experience as Virtualization Operations Engineer or a related role.
  7. Experience with virtualization management tools and platforms.
  8. Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
  9. Relevant industry certifications in virtualization technologies (VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE).
  10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
