Main Responsibilities:

  • Contract Review and Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough reviews of all contract documentation, including tender documents, to identify potential risks and discuss them with the line manager.
  • Support to HR Department: Collaborate with the HR department to provide labor-related support and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contractual Documentation: Draft and prepare contractual documentation, including consortium agreements, memorandums of understanding, joint venture agreements, subcontract agreements, purchase contracts, and other relevant documents.
  • Contract Management: Provide contractual guidelines for the execution of projects and assist with contract management duties, including providing legal and contractual support to project managers.
  • Legal Reporting: Prepare and submit legal reports to the Senior Legal Counsel in the Middle East & Turkey on matters related to legal compliance.
  • Meetings and Liaison: Attend meetings with department managers to assess their requests and liaise with external lawyers and official authorities as required.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate and handle potential contractual and legal risks to ensure the company's interests are protected.
  • NDAs and Legal Notices: Review non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and provide legal comments, as well as identify and prepare legal notices as required.
  • Claims and Disputes: Follow up and settle claims and disputes in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
