About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobilization Lead to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our infrastructure consulting firm, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive mobilization plans for projects, ensuring efficient mobilization of all resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement mobilization plans to ensure timely and efficient mobilization of resources.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth mobilization processes.
  • Oversee the visa process for new joiners, ensuring compliance with local immigration laws and regulations.
  • Manage the induction process for new employees, ensuring they receive necessary information and support.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and company policies during the mobilization phase.
  • Monitor mobilization budgets and control costs to ensure financial accountability.
  • Track and report on mobilization progress, identifying and mitigating risks and challenges.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in mobilization management or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an international company preferred.
  • Experience working with immigration agencies.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law.
  • Proven ability to manage a minimum of 300 hires per year.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills; bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English preferred.
