We are seeking an experienced Delivery Experience Improvement Manager to support Amazon's MENA Ultra Fast Grocery team. This role will focus on gathering and analyzing metrics data, assisting with daily operations, stakeholder management, and driving visibility to leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Metrics Data Analysis & Reporting:
    - Collect and analyze key performance metrics to drive insights, improve promise calculation, and speed performance.
    - Identify trends and performance gaps, working closely with data and pushing cross-functional teams to recommend and implement solutions.
    - Manage relationships and support collaboration with the operations team to ensure alignment with business goals and desired customer experience.
  2. Internal Communication:
    - Lead the creation and running of a weekly business review that highlights key updates, project milestones, and operational insights.
    - Ensure communication is clear, concise, and engaging for leadership.
  3. Documentation and Process Improvement:
    - Develop clear and detailed documentation for processes, reports, and operational workflows.
    - Create Speed bridges which clearly explain the gap between goal and performance.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    - Partner with business leaders, Tech, and operations teams to identify and implement improvements.
    - Provide support to senior PM with actionable insights to drive decision-making and improve operational efficiencies.
