Infrastructure Sales Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will lead a Sales team of Electro/Mechanical and Infrastructure Sales Engineers to achieve the target Quota. This involves working closely with the Implementation Team and Account/Client Manager Team to scope and price the associated solution in each RFP, as well as covering the customer base and creating/closing new opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Lead the Sales team in promoting the portfolio offerings, including HVAC, Data Center, Physical Security, BMS, SCADA, Data Cabling Solution, and Racks
  • Scope, price, and win new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science, or an MBA
  • 12+ years of experience in sales, with a proven record of accomplishment in the field
  • 3+ years of experience in team building and management
  • Excellent sales skills, visionary leadership, communication and presentation skills, team building/management skills, skilled negotiator, data center electro mechanical implementation/design, performance improvement

Language Requirements:

English - Very Good, Arabic - Fluent/Excellent

Additional Requirements:

  • Own a car
  • Have a driving license
