Job Summary

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at SOES. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for strengthening our sales force by combining technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support on a wide range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oil and gas, petrochemical, power, steel, desalination, and process industries.
  • Technical Sales: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Proposal Coordination: Coordinate with the proposal team to develop technical proposals that meet client requirements and company standards.
  • Client Management: Manage client relationships to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the sales manager and marketing team to develop marketing strategies and support the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field in the oil and gas or power industry.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a strong understanding of business development principles.
