Key Responsibilities- Quality Standards and Processes
Ensure that all production processes and outputs meet the highest quality standards. Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Reporting and AnalyticsPrepare and publish regular reports on quality trends and metrics. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Process Documentation and TrainingDevelop and maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation. Conduct training sessions for practitioners on process changes and updates.
Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes as needed. Collaborate with development teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Quality Management System (QMS)Review and update the QMS to ensure it remains effective and efficient. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Local Procedure ManualsReview and update Local Procedure Manuals to ensure they remain accurate and up-to-date.
Process Awareness and TrainingConduct process awareness sessions and training for practitioners on process changes and updates.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, preferably at a post-graduate level.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Quality Control and/or Process definition and Process Re-engineering within a banking organization.
