About the Position

As an experienced Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with key clients. You will identify new business opportunities, develop account plans, and deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to prepare compelling proposals.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve assigned sales targets by upselling and cross-selling IT services and solutions, monitoring account performance and providing regular reports to management.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction through a deep understanding of their requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery, provide market insights to inform product development, and represent Masters Works at industry events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in account management, sales, or IT solutions sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital transformation trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
