We are seeking a skilled and experienced Key Account Growth Strategist to play a critical role in managing and growing key accounts on our platform. The ideal candidate will be customer obsessed, data driven, effective listener, communicator, and problem solver with strong expertise in process optimizations and systems thinking.
About the RoleYou will manage various activities including engaging with key accounts on our main areas of focus:
- Project management of new stores pre-launch work.
- Drive processes/programs to improve business input metrics on both weekly and long-term basis.
- Implement SOPs to drive efficiencies in engagement.
- Drive in-stock management at scale with Merchant to manage customer experience.
- Engage on continuous selection expansion and drive business growth to improve product availability for customers.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing.
- 4+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently complete difficult goals or assignments, and manage multiple priorities on a daily/weekly basis.
Prior experience in project management, program management, or account management is preferred.
