Job Opening:

We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator (preferably Saudi national and ladies) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, handling telephonic inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up with clients regarding payments and other information.

  1. Manage office supplies, schedule meetings, and maintain organized files.
  2. Respond promptly to all telephonic queries from clients, providing accurate information and assistance.
  3. Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and other necessary information.
  4. Maintain an organized database of client information and payment records.
  5. Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
  6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  7. Support team members with administrative tasks and projects.
