As a Business Growth Specialist at UPGRADE, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing long-term client relationships.

This role requires a sales professional with a strong background in consulting or training academies to manage existing and new client relationships, drive revenue growth, and represent the company with professionalism and influence.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to build and nurture client relationships.
- Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Maintain a professional and presentable image in client meetings and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Work Type: On-site
- Scope: B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2G (Business-to-Government)
- 4-6 years of proven sales experience in consulting and/or training academies.
- Strong track record of closing deals.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- High emotional intelligence to manage and foster client relationships.
- Highly presentable with a persuasive and influential personality.
- Presentable and capable of professionally representing the company to clients.
- Secondary: English (Average fluency sufficient for client handling)
