Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement:

- Develop and execute customized solutions to meet client goals.
- Establish and maintain open communication channels with clients.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client base.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
- Cross-sell and upsell company products and services based on client needs.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, customer support) to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Share knowledge and best practices to improve overall client satisfaction.
Performance Metrics:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client satisfaction, revenue growth, and account penetration.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Client Retention:
- Develop proactive strategies to retain clients and prevent churn.
- Implement effective issue resolution processes to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and reporting.
