Job Overview

TXM Manpower is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws, government portals, and be fluent in both Arabic and English.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Government Relations & Portal Management:
    • Manage all HR-related tasks on government portals such as GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and HRSD.
    • Process visa applications, renewals, Iqama issuance, transfers, and cancellations.
    • Stay updated with any changes in government regulations and ensure company compliance.
  2. Employee Records & Documentation:
    • Maintain and update employee records in line with company and legal requirements.
    • Prepare and issue official letters, employment contracts, and other HR documentation.
    • Assist in managing employee files and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  3. Payroll & Benefits Administration:
    • Support the payroll process by providing accurate employee information and required documentation.
    • Manage GOSI registrations, terminations, and updates.
    • Assist with the calculation and processing of end-of-service benefits.
  4. Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews.
    • Ensure all new hires complete the required government processes and documentation.
  5. Employee Relations & Support:
    • Provide HR support to employees, addressing inquiries related to labour laws, company policies, and benefits.
    • Assist with resolving employee concerns in accordance with company procedures.
  6. Compliance & Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and company policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with government portals like GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and HRSD.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi labour laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A good accounting background is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
