Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Coordinator to support our human resources function.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be able to provide excellent support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support in a variety of administrative and operational activities specific to the human resources function, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Communicate to and assist employees in adhering to Rentokil Initial human resource policies, procedures, standards, in addition to local labor laws, and other government regulations.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, track status of candidates, perform reference checking and respond with follow-up letters at the end of the process.
  • Check employees' documents for accuracy and completeness, maintain an effective employee record management, and prepare periodic standardized reports.
  • Respond to employees' inquiries, requests and questions.
  • Maintain data integrity on all Rentokil Initial systems, forms and reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 0-1 year of experience in general HR or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Computer Knowledge: Microsoft Office.
